As part of the Prodi-G Internship Programme 2026, we are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Consumer Marketing Intern to join us for a 13-week full-time internship starting June 2026 in Malaysia.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working brand positioning and consumer marketing strategy.

As a Guru, you will be accountable for:
1. Campaign & Communications Support
  • Support execution of customer marketing campaigns (e.g. promotions, product launches, engagement campaigns)
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing communications across channels (EDM, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, etc.)
  • Help with content checks, proofing, and ensuring accuracy before release
  • Support tracking of campaign timelines and deliverables

2. Event & Logistics Support
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics (e.g. venue, materials, RSVP tracking)
  • Support preparation of event materials and on-ground setup
  • Help ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and vendors

3. Finance & Administrative Support
  • Assist in preparing and submitting invoices for marketing activities
  • Support tracking of expenses and maintaining proper records/documentation
  • Assist in submitting and organising supporting documents for payments and reimbursements
  • Support basic checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions

4. Data & Reporting Support
  • Assist in compiling campaign and event performance data
  • Help with basic data checks and ensuring accuracy

5. Coordination & Administrative Support
  • Support coordination with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Finance etc) on timelines and deliverables
  • Assist in managing and organising marketing assets (visuals, copies, links)

6. Ad-hoc Support
  • Assist with preparation of presentation materials and internal updates
  • Provide general support across ongoing marketing initiatives when needed

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills
  • Are comfortable supporting multiple tasks and timelines
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
